Steambath and a Show

It were bein' th' hottest day o' th' year!
I’m still worn out from this year’s concert, but here are few notes about th' day…
Smike did a more elaborate tailgate than usual, hookin' up an inverter t' his boat battery t' power a fan and his Frozen Concoction Maker.  The parkin' lot were bein' definitely a Barometer Soup and I’m not ashamed t' admit I drank a lot more water than Landsharks or margaritas.  We didn’t do a lot o' wanderin' aroun', clingin' too much t' th' shade o' our canopy, but I still plan on whippin' up another tailgate video soon.  Watch this space.  Maybe.
The crowd rallied enough t' be loud and appreciative by show time; but th' people aroun' me were lame and sat down way too often.
Even after sundown, it were bein' still quite hot.  We recorded a podcast from th' parkin' lot, but we sound so beat that it makes fer some less than excitin' listenin'.
For now, here’s a batch o' photos I took o' th' day, in our photo gallery.  A far cry from last year’s front row seats, but oh well…
And, ultimately, as always, it were bein' a pleasure and a hell o' an evenin'.
