  1. Amaretto Sunset recipe
    1/2 jigger triple sec
    3 fingers amaretto almond liqueur
    1/2 cup cider
    1/2 cup ice cubes

Shake ingredients in bartender’s mixer quickly, just 5 shakes. Strain out ice, serve in glass immediately with a slice of orange.

It should taste orangey, almondy, appley, all together. An Autumn drink. You may alternately wish to serve it with an almond or two instead of the orange slice. Should be just a drop below room temp. For fireplace drink, eliminate ice, warm cider for 30 seconds in microwave.

    Ciderific recipe
    6 oz dry cider
    1 oz gold rum
    1 cinnamon stick

Heat in a small saucepan and strain into a heat-proof glass when hot. Add half a slice of lemon, and serve.

    Redneck Prairie Fire recipe
    1 oz White Lightning® cider
    1/8 oz Louisiana hot sauce

Pour 1 oz. White Lightning into a shot glass then float 1/8 oz. Louisiana Hot Sauce on top wait a few seconds for it to look like an upside down fire then shoot it down. After about 4 everything just might look upside down.

    Ingredients
    4 cups apple cider
    1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
    1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup triple sec or other orange-flavored liqueur
    lime slice, for garnish
    Directions
    1. In a saucepan heat cider and cranberry juice cocktail just until hot (do not let boil) and remove from heat.
    2. Stir in tequila and liqueur.
    3. Serve toddies in mugs, garnished with lime slices.
    4. Makes about 6 cups.
    5. Note: To spice up a little: add cinnamon sticks, a little cloves, allspice and nutmeg.
    6. You can garnish with the above listed lime slices or also add orange slices.
